I love the mattress; it's comfortable and amazing to sleep on. But there's something I faced that was wrong: the company's exchange rules are not precise. They should keep in mind that if you are picking up customers' mattresses while exchanging and giving them the new exchanged mattress in the time frame of 2-3 days. Till, then where will the customer sleep??

My overall experience is very good with flo anti gravity mattress. It is very comfortable for people whom is not looking for too soft or too hard mattress. It gives you a perfect support to your lower back and if u have a soft cushion it is also good for ur neck support. I'm 89 kg and would suggest if u do not want to get too sink in ur mattress go for Anti gravity mattress. To flo mattress my only feedback is to take care about delivery issue.

We did slept better comparing to other mattress. I liked the mattress protector much which gives nice Aelo Vera fragrance.
As a Suggestion, for the mattress could have used better outer cover where initially not able to identify the exact top and bottom.
If we open the mattress outer cover zip inside the layered foam are joined using tapes, which could have been better finishing.
But Overall I like the Flo mattress comfort and it gives a good sleep.
